  1. General Terms
    1. The terms below apply to any of the services offered by Web Global, headquartered at Av. Dr. Nilo Peçanha, 1851 - Suite 301 - Três Figueiras - Porto Alegre, RS - Zip: 91330-000, in the City of Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul, registered with the CNPJ under n.º 14.298.948/0001-80, responsible for the operation of the site EloPrice.com.br. We certify that by using this site, the user must have read the Terms of Use and will be aware of all clauses thereof.
    2. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a necessary and indispensable requirement for using the site and its services.
    3. Just as with classified ads in print newspapers, WebGlobal is not responsible for any erroneous information provided by advertisers.
  2. Who can use the services
    1. Only those over 18 (eighteen) years old who have civil capacity, in accordance with the provisions of the Brazilian Civil Code.
    2. EloPrice is intended for national and foreign individuals, with the latter being subject to Brazilian law.
  3. Services provided
    1. EloPrice is an interactive service provided through an electronic webpage on the internet that offers specialized content on electronic products, as well as price comparison for various types of products by integrating information from different sources. Access to EloPrice constitutes express and unrestricted acceptance of the terms of use described below.
      1. The purpose of EloPrice is to facilitate the comparison of electronic product prices, presenting not only prices and technical specifications but also payment methods (informed by online stores), delivery options, among others.
      2. When the user is interested in a particular product, they will be redirected to the page of the store offering the product. The user should pay attention to the information obtained on the purchase site and must deal directly with the company responsible for the offer, exercising caution and good judgment before making any transaction. We are not responsible for any problems in the product transaction.
    2. Users are solely responsible for any information they make available on the site, such as comments, opinions, reviews, and critiques regarding a particular product, services, and/or online stores, photos, videos, and any other types of information related to a specific product or service. Therefore, the user guarantees that: every review of a particular product, service, or store is based on a real experience that actually occurred; they do not own the reviewed store; and they do not provide content on the site with the intent to harm and/or benefit any store or to obtain, directly or indirectly, any advantage.
